So if the tempo was to go down, your body wont feel like it is working any less and vice-versa, so why not take advantage of this by choosing songs that are higher in tempo to help motivate your body work harder.

Eat whole food for faster weight lost

Study shoes that eating unprocessed food leads to higher calorie burned. Although the sources says that processed food requires less energy to process, I think it should have said your body do not know how to digest processed food properly thus leaving more of the calories taken in as stored calories. What do you think about this study and the conclusion of the study. Either way, it is cleared that eating whole foods helps you lose more weight.

High Intensity training gives you better result in shorter time

When working out, you can either train for long hour and waste a lot of time, train extremely hard and be uncomfortable or you can do high intensity to save time and be at a high comfort zone than training extremely hard. To make your workout high intensity, you can do a combination of running slow and switch to running at maximum speed and alternate until time is up. For example, if you are doing elliptical, do it at low resistant at 1minutes and 30 seconds, than switch resistant all the up to 15 or above if you can and go as fast as you can. Do this for about 15 to 20 minutes. If you have try this type of workout, have you notice the difference in your progress?

Motivation for workout – bring workout cloths to work

After a long day at work, the last thing you want to do is probably going to the gym, a way to motivate yourself is to bring your workout cloth and go right after work as oppose to going home than getting back out. That seems like a given, but you will find yourself at the gym more often that way.
